    As of late September 2008, after many years with them, I intend to cancel at the end of current contract.

    Reliability, speed and price are OK.

    If you have trouble with the line DSLExtreme is virtually no help in getting AT&T to repair or reinstall.

    The news provider is unreliable -- throws many random 502 errors particularly when getting new headers for heavy-traffic binary groups (you can't actually do it unattended).

    Recent "upgrade" of mail service broke my ability to send mail on 2 of my 3 computers.

    I tried dslextreme they could not get it to work. After about 5 tries and them telling me I had to contact att and Beligan support I canceled. The problem is they still will charge you $250 even when it does not work

    Service has gone down hill

    I too won't be renewing my contract with DSL Extreme -- I'd cancel my contract but their steep $250 cancelation fee which is more than my annual contract of $215 is keeping me from doing so. I think their cancellation fee should be illegal ** class action lawsuit anyone**?

    I moved apartments and it's a week past when they said they would have me reconnected -- and I'm still not connected. No one will give me an answer on when I'll be connected. I've been kept waiting on hold for hours... transferred around... disconnected... and even lied to by customer service reps. They used to be great but now this is a company to avoid like the plague.
