It is intersting to read the posts in this forum. I live in a very rural area of southern NY state. I have been a TWC customer for many years and have seen them improve from a basic cable company to what we have now. I must say that my service has been second to none - as close to 100% uptime on both the video and internet. Over the years there have been issues but TWC has upgraded the infrastructure so that now I get a nice selection of HD plus digital TV and 12M down, 500K up internet. MOST of my dealings with support have been good. No better or worse than any other utility I have had to deal with. When we have required service - the on site guys are usually great - they will take the time to run a new cable or crimp on better connectors Keep up the good work Followup comments:
