"Reliability of the service compared to Comcast."
"slow, billing and sales team = India while sales = american (go figure), lack of understanding for simple tasks by tech. support"
"Comcast sucked, Verizon took over where they couldn't provide. Payed more money for internet but was more reliable."

Purchased Verizon DSL when Comcast bought out InsightBB. Comcast was 10mbs while Verizon DSL is only 7mbs. DSL cost $5 more a month but was far more reliable than cable.

Verizon's DSL login site is terrible. I have been unable to log into my account online without calling their tech support. Continually says my username doesn't exist. Verizon cannot give me any answers on this.

Recently moved locations and they willingly put my DSL on hold for a month while moving and didn't prevent us from using it until the move. That was a HUGE plus. However, the problems happened as soon as I arrived at the new location. After talking with 4 different people, two Sales guys (American), one Billing guy (Indian), and a tech. guy (Indian), no one claimed they could help me establish a second phone line in my residence for my DSL account to use. My current house already has DSL through the main line via Verizon but I wanted my own (similar to an apartment). Explained what I needed multiple times and kept being transferred. Still have yet to successfully get my DSL set at the new location. Came to Broadband Reports to review other ISPs. Might consider cancelling DSL ($79 fee) and picking up Comcast again (ugh).

Will attempt to contact local Sales office this week to speak with someone who may know what I need. This is just a brief story about their support group. Up until this point, I had no complaints about DSL. At the old residence, it was great and reliable. At new residence, its been a constant headache.
