    I spoke to a manager or supervisor not sure who because the service was down and was frustrated. I know my tech was clueless in perform his job because I knew more about my T1 and how it works than the tech did. I have a Point - Point T1. The manager/supervisor said she would call back and didn't. After 35hrs of my service being down they finally fixed it. This is not the first issue I have had with them either. Their Repair Group is really lousy and do not know what they are doing. They used to be really good about 3 months back but now they are lousy. The order process was slower than promised as well. I am impressed though with their service capabilities. I would love to keep my T1 with them after the term but unless the Knowledge of the Service Techs does not increase I don't honestly see how I could keep my service with them.
