Where can I find firmware updates for my Speedstream 5260? (#1559)
Currently, there are no firmware updates for the 5260. Efficient Networks keeps all firmware updates for their Speedstream modems at http://support.efficient.com/drivers/kernels/ss.shtml. Why am I having problems with my 5360? (not working, or slow) (#5926)
Check the following: •The box that the modem is packed in will have the part number listed as 120-5360-520. •On the modem chassis (the bottom of the modem), the following part number is displayed: 060-5360-023. If so, a quick and easy firmware upgrade for the modem should solve your problem and get you on your way.
