They say 12mb on the download but never gets above 6mb...Almost everyday after midnight they do network maintenance and speeds drop to pre-AOL 14k dial up speeds...Time to end this anti-capitalist monopoly.

its not that hard to call and bitch at them, i called everyday for 9 days before they came and fixed my connection, and i told them i wouldn't stop calling until it was fixed.. so they eventually sent 3 vans out to my location and fixed what ever was wrong...
