[OT] Three crunchers back on line!

Three crunchers back on line: my quad; old PIII (1 gig) Dell); and an old AMD.

It took so long because

(1) It was a good opportunity to replace the front panel connector device in my quad (short was found in them and received a replacement from Antec months ago)

(2) I had used the battery backups to get my DSL connection on-line and to keep my laptop charged while on-line. I had to reconnect all devices to the battery backups.

PS. Power was off from Noon 11 Sept (when I left to escape IKE). Power came back on at 10:30 AM 22 Sept.
