I have tried searching for this specific issue but have not found any answers. I have Extreme 6.0 and for the past few days I was constantly getting around 5mbps download. Then all of the sudden all I am able to pull is 2mbps.Here is my latest speed test. Upload 408 Kbps or 0.4 Mbps (50 kB/s) download 2147 Kbps or 2.1 Mbps (262 kB/s. I have tried multiple computers, reset the modem. Tried a different modem. Replacing the dsl filters, changing the dsl line connected to the modem, a different outlet. I finally broke down and called tech support but all she really suggested was deleting my cookies! And all the other things I already tried.
Here is what my modem is syncing @
Downstream Rate 2673 (Kbits/Sec) Upstream Rate 511 (Kbits/Sec). Here is my statistics from the modem.

Down Stream Path Up Stream Path
DSL Sync Rate 2673 511
SN Margin (db) 2.5 11.0
Line Attenuation 47.0 31.5
CRC Errors 168 0

If's a line issue why does it effect the download but not the upload? And what possible next steps could I do?
