Hi guys .. i am Jim here .. last nite i got a customer ask me to help him set modem to auto connect.But Probelm is ..i have tired many times ..i had google it and choose PPPOE then also change VPI/VCI to 0/35 (Default 0/38) then i had also change MTU to 1492 (Default 1442) but still cant..even i think to set normal connect also cannot ...does anyone can help me please ? uegent ! thanks alot

JimLui,

1. Is the line ACTIVATED?
2. Is the password n username correct?
