[Streamyx] broadband connection

my problem is as below:-
1. my broadband service were connected since 14/mar/09 but few days after that, it could not be connected so i try to set up my connection. when my setup success, i found that the connection icon shown "broadband connection 2". may i know can i amend it to "broadband connection only?
2. my laptop can connect to internet but my ppp light were off. may i know how to solve it?
3. my asdl light were blinking. may i know how to solve it?

For your problems on item 2 and 3 sounds like there's a problem with your DSL connection. If it had been working prior to that day, you might want to call the ever "helpful" streamyx helpline to report the issue ;)
