[TW] Having issue with Earthlink in Flushing Area?

I am using Earthlink cable modem, just few days ago all the sudden speed dropped to .5MB down and .1 MB upload at night time.

Anyone in Flushing area (11355) having same issue?

Called them 2 times, level 3 tech support told me the Node I am on is having issue, their engineer is looking at it now, but no ETA.

I guess I just have to check from time to time.

I called them, and got me to level 3 support. Spoke with Level 3 manager, and I requested to get the Client Relation dept. involved, supposely CR should contact me yesterday or today, but i still haven't hear anything yet.

Anyone know how to contact CR? I have this issue for months already, sick and tired of their excuse.

My speedtest is consistently full speed in 11375.

Must be an isolated node or headend issue.

having some weird issues in college point 11356. where the ping is 130ms where it should be normally 30ms. it takes forever to connect to webpages. Seems like some sort of a dns issue. :(

Still the same crap here for me too.

But 6AM, I was getting 15mb ~ 19mb down randomly.

Faster Speed is 50/5 and available for my place, but I am not going to play $99.95 for that plan.

I am having the same issue and I am also in the 11355 area. They gave me the whole issue with the node talk and now they are sending over at technician on Monday cuz the signal is scattered....not sure what that means. I am not satifised with the speed!
