I am needing to replace the hardware for an existing VPN for various reasons, but mainly because one of the routers is old and starting to give me trouble.

Our ISP is AT&T at both locations. One of the locations still uses a direct connection (not PPPOE) since we have had this account since before they made everyone go to PPPOE. It works fine. The other location uses PPPOE as it is a newer account. I have 5 static IP's at both locations.
What is the best solution for easy set up as far as connecting the 2 routers into a VPN. I have set up VPN's but they are not my strong suit, so easy is better but I will spend less for less easy if you know what I mean. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
