Briging Broad Band connections and Using VPN

Dear Sir,

Can We use vpn tunnel on our Vista Based PC with multiple broad band connections bridged?

The purpose is to join (bridge) seperate Broad Band Connections (Wimax) to make one big bandwidth pipe and assign it one IP. Need your support whether its possible or not and if yes how?
