help with AT&T DSL disconnects
I have an innoband adsl2+ 8012-G1 DSL modem and a new dlink DIR-628 wireless router.
I've had this issue for a few months now. Every time I'm online, I click on a link, and it will time out. It happens on all of my computers (both wired and wireless), even simultaneously when 2 or more users are on.
AT&T says it's not them, and dlink had me reinstall firmware, but still it is happening.
Could it be the PPPoE settings? I can't physically change the ones on the modem, since the "wizard" on the innoband modem won't allow anything to be changed (just to connect and disconnect from internet. Perhaps the settings on the wireless router need to be changed (I'm thinking bridge mode or something of the sort as opposed to DHCP?) Or even each individual computer???
Any help would be appreciated.
