I searched my town for At&t offices, and the closest one is 2.37 miles away. I have checked multiple times on their website, and they say that 6 meg is available for me. last friday, i decided to order 6 meg internet. i shortly got an email saying that it would take 3-5 days for the speed to upgrade. i have been constantly checking back on my account, and there is still no due date on when that order should be completed. i got very anxious, so i decided to reset my router for the hell of it to see if anything would happen, and to my surprise, it got a connection of 6000/768 kbps. that made me happy. so to double check it, i did multiple speed tests from multiple websites. to my surprise, i was still only getting a download speed of 1.5 meg, what i had previously. My At&t account still doesnt have a due date for when the order should be completed. What should i do?

i spent 1.5 hours on the phone/chatting online with customer support, and all i got out of them was that there was a line problem, and that i need someone to come out here and fix it
