why does my Suddenlink(Greenville, NC) bill look like Cox's?
I have been a Cox cable modem service in another state for many years. (a couple of states away from NC)
I just moved to Greenville(North Carolina). Signed up for Suddenlink service. Got my first bill this morning. I was surprised that it looked exactly like my old Cox bill. Other than some color differences and the company name/logo, they looked identical in format, font, and just about everything.... ??? I took out my old Cox bill and compared it to my new Suddenlink bill... yes they looked identical, except the company name.
What's going on here? Any info appreciated! :)

Suddenlink bought a lot of Cox Territory when they bought pieces of Charter and Cebridge.

Welcome to Greenville. Like nnaarrnn said, Cox was the previous cable presence here until SuddenLink bought it.
As far as service goes, I don't have cable tv, but the Internet service got more reliable for me after a few months, and has remained that way ever since. Others have had different experiences.
