I hope this link to my "monitor" works...I think it looks bad...but is it? I call AT & T all the time telling them I lose connection, its super slow and they run a line check for 30 seconds and say its good...cant figure it out!

Yes, your link to your "monitor" works. Even to the untrained eye it doesn't look very good.
