[Other] The website declined to show personal webpage

I have a personal web page for all 6 of the email addresses. I am able to access 4 of them but not the other 2. One of them is the primary account, another is one of the secondary accounts.

I have had this account for years and haven't changed anything for quite some time. I can go to the URL for both pages but I get the error "The website declined to show this webpage" and the page shows error HTTP 403 Forbidden.

I get the same error message from my work computer so it's not anything in my home network. I can FTP to both accounts and upload / download files.

Ideas?

Hi, I have a ticket open with Insight, haven't heard anything and it's been a week. I sent an email on Sunday to their support web site and haven't had a confirmation yet.

I've registered the richw46 account here at DSL but I can't access the email from the office today to confirm so I'm back as anonymous rich64 for the moment. I'll respond to the email when I get home

All of my accounts were working fine at Insight then some of the pictures on web pages got the red x. I tried to access those web sites and got the 403 error. I can get to 4 of the 6 but not the other 2.

I'm at the office right now and cannot IM or confirm that account with DSL but I will when I get home this evening.

Another week goes by and still no access to my websites or response to my problem from Insight. I'm guessing permissions on my web site aren't working or got corrupted but whoever the web host is, they aren't responding to Insight.

Middle of October and no reply from Insight. No follow up on the 2 emails I replied to from their support. I tried using their new web site builder and it errors out.
The requested URL //Quickstart/build//0000000482blue/index.html was not found on this server

I give up. More than a month has passed and nothing from Insight. I guess I'm down a black hole now. So much for customer support.

I hate to go to dsl but looks like if I want a working web site I'll have to swap ISP.

Or you could just get a cheap shared hosting account. That is much easier to deal with, and you get a ton more features for just a few bucks a month. Plus its independent from your ISP.
