hello
I have a westell versa link model 327 and i want to connect it to a comcast modem. Have there been any changes lately to connecting it to comcast because i cant seem to do it no more.After having done everything right when i get to wan port and change it to ethernet port 1
all of a sudden it wont connect to »192.168.1.1/ethwancfg.htm it takes forever and then displays cannot find webpage cant edit t o put in settings
Does anybody know the answer

one other time it wouldnt work so i formated the hardrive and it worked after that why is this so

Make sure you were not connected to the 327w using its ethernet port 1 when doing that.

Thank you i put it in the 2nd ethernet fitting and it worked

I'm glad you have it working.

I had to guess a little. I'm glad I guessed right. What happened is that it worked just fine, but because you were connected to ethernet port 1, that had the effect of cutting you off.
