Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 - My TV cable box took a long time to boot this morning and froze on E-9 before booting, then turned itself off and restarted the process. Slow! What's worse, is the Internet DSL is not working. At first it was slow, then slower, then off. I rebooted the box twice - no luck. Basic cable is working, however. Very odd.

Fortunately, the neighbors have Wifi, so I'm able to post this. Anyone else?

Turns out modem was bad. After arguing with the tech that, "No, it's not my computer. My network card is not going bad," I got a new modem and voila! It works again... ;-)
