Firewall rule question

I have a zyxel 2+ with port triggering set up for several ports. I have created a firewall rule with all of the ports contained in it.

So for example service 1 = tcp/udp 6661-6669 and service 2 is tcp/udp 1179. Firewall rule has both service 1 & service 2 set up to allow.

Question is: if either service 1 or 2 occurs - the firewall acts on it ...or do both service 1 and 2 have to occur before the firewall acts on it.

Trying to understand if I need to make a separate rule for each service or if combining is ok.

I have combined firewall rules in a similar fashion and it works.
