PLA-100 & PLA-400

After about 6 months of use, my 2 PLA-100's broke down.
Repaired under warranty, working again for 6 months.
Same story, repaired, 6 months OK -> result out of warranty
Hardware problem somewhere...

My new 2 PLA-400 now.
Same story, 6 months OK, under warr. repaired.
Broke down again, hardware problem... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Can i have some intel on the hardware problem. In most cases, with these kind of equipm., it's a piece of the powercircuit that fails.

Will do the repaires myself now, but need info about what piece is always braiking (and why?) ...

Somebody some on this?

Is it v1 or v2 or v3 of the PLA? If its v1 or v2, I would ask if they could upgrade to v3.

Btw there has been sold about 10K units of those to service providers here in Norway and there has been no reports about such failures back from that deal. This was over 2 years ago, so it was v1.
