Kaylin your account number was removed, it shouldn't be posted in a public forum.

Did you call support? dslx_gm is out of the office and won't necessarily be around to help you through the forum.

Re: i can not connect to my internet

The status light is an activity light. It only blinks when there is traffic. Since the DSL light is solid and the LAN light is solid(Clarify if I am mistaken) It sounds like you are either having trouble getting an IP address or you could be having a problem with the computers firewall/antivirus.

Have you recently connected a router or switched the device connected directly to the modem? If you switched computers or routers switch to the original device and the internet connection should return then login to the DSLEXTREME member page and increase the DHCP limit.

If you are PPPoE and using a router login to the router and make sure PPPoE is still configured and with the appropriate username and password.

If you have not switched devices connected to the modem you can try a hard reset of the modem (also try a hard reset if the power light is red although a red power light indicates modem failure)

To hard reset the modem press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds on the back of the modem. Let go and wait for the modem to cycle. The power light will most likely remain red. Unplug the power to the modem and wait 15-30 seconds then reconnect the power to the modem and wait for it to cycle back up. Then reboot any modem/router connected to the computer.
