Major Packet Loss In Rochester Hills, MI

Anyone else experiencing packet loss in the Rochester Hills, MI area? I am experiencing over 80% loss for the past 30 minutes. I am getting over 150 ms RTT to my WOW gateway. I usually see less than 10 ms to the gateway. The user power cycle of the cable modem and my router does not solve the issue ...

unplugging the power, removing the battery and the coaxial cable and waiting 5 minutes. Then reconnect. That may force a hard reset from WOW and send a new configuration file to the modem.

I'm getting packet loss errors in the online games I play. it's been going on for the last few days.
