High Ping

For some reason im getting high ping again =/

Due to your line not holding sync under the fast packet profile it is currently provisioned as Interleaved. Though an Interleaved profile will help you maintain a sync rate at a higher speed profile it will introduce an increase in latency to the gateway. Your line readings are below for your reference.

DN STREAM SPEED The line is running at 2080 kbps, which is 30% below the maximum bit rate of 3008 kbps.
UP STREAM SPEED The line is running at the maximum bit rate of 512 kbps.
DN STREAM S/N The line noise margin is 6.0dB, which is below the target noise margin 9.0dB and above the minimum noise margin of 0.0dB.
UP STREAM S/N The line noise margin is 17.0dB, which is above the target noise margin of 6.0dB.
DN STREAM POWER The line power is 18.0dBm, which is below the maximum of 20.0dBm.
UP STREAM POWER The line power is 12.0dBm, which is below the maximum of 13.0dBm.

Your line readings are still extremely marginal. In order to get you on a fastpath we would need to lower your profiled sync rate. You are currently in sync at the full 3008/512. We would likely need to bump you down to the 1984/512 profile in order to see if it would hold. I would be happy to update your ticket requesting our support team to give that a try if you would like.
