Approaching first renewal

George or helpers, My renewal is coming up and I had set up a reminder to check and see what I need to do, if there are any specials especially in view that ATT still flags me as being too far from their offices, so I can not get the full speed that you guys can supply. Let me know please.
I sent a PM to George with my account number as well.
I am happy with dslx service other then ATT CO being too far to let you guys send me the full service you other wise could.

Hi CherylA -

When you are within 30 days of your contract expiration date, you can view our renewal packages under the Members section of our website at »www.dslextreme.com/members. From there select the Modify Subscription link.

You can view the available renewal options and place your renewal order directly from there.

Thanks George I know I set my reminder a bit before I would have to change Can you tell me when I would need to change it so as to not disrupt service or switch from my current rate ahead of time?

If you go to the members section and try to modify your subscription it will tell you when you can change it if you are in a contract. See my info below:

Unfortunately Dslextreme is not competitive when it comes to renewal rates. The introduction rate is one of the best i seen however once 1 year renewal comes up, they no longer have the best rates. You might want to look in to at&t being that they will consider you new customers and will give you much better rate compare to dslextreme.

I would respectfully disagree on our renewal rates. I think you will find that our current renewal rates are actually less expensive than the new client rates that AT&T is charge across the board. We attempt to give the best rate possible to both our new and existing clients. Our current new and renewal rates are both extremely competitive.

I agree George, I havent renewed yet as was waiting to hear from you as to when I should. My reminderfox was set to remind me a few weeks prior to Nov 1, I know sometimes renewing ahead can confuse systems. Can you tell when I should renew?

Much thanks for your help. I know there are always sour grapes on forums, but in the year I have been with DSLX I have had NO problems. I also have been more then happy on service the few times I had to call the first weeks.
Only thing I would like is if ATT would open an office closer to me so could get up to speed, but know that is not in your control.
