I have tried repetedly to try and get this modem to work with either of these routers.
I have gone thru and changed the modem to bridged and turned off the dhcp server on the modem with still no luck.
Tried talking to verizon twice and that has gotten me no where except them wanting 90 bucks to fix the problem with the new modem they sent me.
i have been able to get the routers to obtain ip, gateway, subnet mask, and 2 dns servers with no connection to the internet.

If it works with just the modem, then you can always use it that way. Change the LAN address of the router to 192.168.2.1 (to avoid conflict with the 6100 LAN addresses), set the linksys router to use DHCP in its WAN settings, and all should work.
