I live in the Springfield, MO area and my internet has been down for 4 days now. I called tech support and was told a part went down and they were repairing spring storm damage and that they were installing some new technology. I'm not sure which of these is the real case. There seems to be no ETA. I've never had my internet down this long and maybe it's not the worst case in the history of internet service but it's very frustrating to have no idea what's really going on or how long I should expect this outage to continue.
