You may be able to find one that may fit, but not 100%. For the cost of the motherboard, you are best to build a new system. BTW, may I ask how the pins got messed up on the CPU (comes to mind that someone's hands where were they should not be).

Although I agree with gregz that it's probably not worth it, if your heart is set on replacing the MB, you might have some luck on ebay buying an exact replacement.
Or, you could tear out the guts and build a face-melting system inside the Presario case and pull an "It's a Trap!" at LAN parties.
Just thinking out loud... hmm...

no a clueless relative started playing with the cpu while i was dusting the inside of the pc. he detached the cpu for no freaking reason and tried to jam it back and the motherboard got also fucked. so now it looks like i need a motherboard also.

Check the local ma & pop shops. They may be able to get the board cheaper, or even look online for 3rd party companies that you can order OEM replacement parts from. This is the spec's on the mother board »h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docu···1815877# Asus's website »www.asus.com/ProductGroup2.aspx?···oSEtSu5m
You may be able to find a Socket 939 that may fit. Check Newegg's website for ATX boards that are the same rear plane design.
