[CATV] NBA League Pass HD?

While I am looking forward to the free preview of NBA League Pass I wonder why RCN doesn't offer the HD channel while it does so for the NHL? I would assume that there is more demand for the NBA than the NHL.

Are they just not carrying it for the free preview or is it not carried at all? I was considering purchasing the package, but it seems to me that the price should be adjusted if HD is not available.
