Port FOrwarding Westell 6100 with Dlink 524 router

I have a Westell 6100 (v3 Firmware) from my dsl provider and it is hooked up to a Dlink 524 that I have made into a hub. Now i have done all the steps to port forward with my Westell 6100 as my Dlink should just act like a hub. But i still cant forward the port i want. Please help me.

The Port is 11717 btw.
