[iO] Major iO Cable Box Network Outage

Started around 2:00 AM. When you hit the iO button on the remote, nothing in that menu would show up and then 'No Item Available' came up and then all the boxes reset over and over and haven't come back since. Don't remember there ever being an iO outage due to something with their end relating to the box programming, or the iO network end relating to the box functionality. Wait time calling into CV is over 20 minutes at this time of night/morning,

Just makes me wish we didn't have to deal with this pain in the ass boxes and had our full lineups to use our QAM tuners with.

More than likely they were doing software updates on the boxes and/or back-end maintenance. Usually they do it in the wee hours of the morning since that's when the least number ofpeople are watching. My box here in Piscataway was fine when I used it around 4:30 AM.

Seems to have finally come back online at around 5:05 AM.

Had a problem with my cable box last night was trying to access to access the menu but it said no items available. I had stepped out the room for a bathroom break and when I came back, the cable box and tv were off with a message on the cable box that read hold. Stood like this for a few hours. I thought my cable box messed up but it came back after a few hours. Not sure what time it was.

Sounds like Brooklyn was involved in that outage as well.
