Not Really. What I would like to do is to: Right click and have a textbox popup to type a note in about the file. I have many internet downloaded programs and a lot of them are just called "setup.exe". It is easier to identify for a reinstall if some info is readily available. I found the program Shell Tools, but it only works in 32 bit. As a workaround I can run an instance of Windows explorer in 32 bit on my 64 bit Vista.
