My Services web interface not working like it should

we have all three cox services and only the phone tools are currently working through the my services link.

our account number is also different on the page compared to our paper bill. 132 on the internet page and 001 on the paper bill.

You'll need to call into your local call center. They should be able to fix that issue for you.
