I think I'm over, but I can't tell since my connection is always never what I'm paying for. I pay for that basic 356 kb cable connection, I normally get less than half of that.

But as of right now I'm only getting like 45 kbs, this is f#$% bulls#$%. lol That's slower than if I just got a typical phone connection!

So yeah, how long do these cap's last?

slow speeds are completely different than usage caps.
