For one, after a modem restart, it connects to teksavvy but I cannot use internet. The solution is:
disable QoS+click apply+enable QoS
Second QoS seems to never work properly as none of my traffic is classified (opening the graph section and clicking on the lower one shows no connections).

I am quite sure that I am the only one having this issue, but I am fed up trying to hunt for the problem.
