hi, I am in the West Hartford area and have Comcast voice, internet. I went down and am back up, was this effecting a lot of people in W. Hartford?

apparently it was a 4 PM to 7:30 ish outage.

I checked with a few of my customers in town.....they were all down. This was specifically the "bishop's corner" area. Not sure if the outage stretched to the center or elmwood....
