Chicago outages lately.

Is anyone else experiencing short outages at around 7:00 P.M. Chicago time? I've seen them for the past 3 days. Don't know what's going on. Tried to call, but they are backed up and was on hold for over 10 minutes. I re-boot the modem and it's fine, but what's causing it to drop. In all the years I've had Comcast I've only had 2 or 3 outages, now I have 3 in the same number of days. LOL
