Hello kind people :-)

Have you any idea why I do get such thing?

using wifi/router. but even in test environment (rebooted modem and netbook booted usb ubuntu installer and using ethernet directly to modem(no wifi router)) caused the same result.
I am IT proff. (just to give you a clue what to expect)
it looks like packet loss on transmit (not 100% sure)
off course I contacted support (by email... I hate phone)
