Low TV Volume

Hi All,
I am having an issue with my TV... The volume is low. I have to set the volume on at least 70 to hear a program. Is there some type of adjustment that needs to be done?

Try adjusting the volume on the DVR/STB itself:

1) Press and hold the AT&T button on the remote.

2) Press the “OK” button and release it and the AT&T key at the same time. All the universal lights will flash twice.

3) Type 955. The AT&T key will flash twice.

4) Press “Enter”.

Now you can turn your box all the way up to 25. Once you get it set how you want, we need to set the remote back to control the TV volume instead of the box. To do that:

1) Press and hold the AT&T button on the remote.

2) Press the “OK” button and release it and the AT&T key at the same time. All the universal lights will flash twice.

3) Type 955. The AT&T key will flash twice.

4) Press “TV”. The TV light will flash twice.

Lower right corner next to the 0 button. It says enter on the button and below says zoom.

It really messed things up... Now I have to press the TV button if I want to mess with the volume GRRRRR. I am just going to have a tech come out and look at it... Need to have another TV installed anyway. Hopefully they will send out another tech. The one who did the install was not helpful at all!
