The 2nd time I called to install WB and they told me I could get it, they came out to install. After a while they said that the node had not been upgraded yet.

The tech people said I would get Turbo for free b/c of the inconvenience - but they ALSO left the SMC equipment installed.

About a week ago. My green narrowband light switched to blue and I am now getting 40-50 down.

I called RR to let them know so they can make sure everything is ok and note my account and they still claim that my speeds are impossible since it has not been rolled out and that it is not noted on my account and to call back on 11/15.

Interesting???

so right know you are paying for turbo and you are getting Wideband speeds with upload 5 mbps?
