[LA] COX HSI (Business)

After months and months and months of calling Cox to try and get internet and only getting the "We will do a survey" response, I have no idea what else to do.

We are in New Orleans, on airline drive. We are only 1.4miles away from the BIG Cox building. We are stuck with 3meg ADSL shared by 6 people!!

Anyone have any ideas on what we could do or have any contacts at Cox to try and get something to happen?
