Time Warner can't even recognize my sb6120

I got an SB6120 yesterday, called it in and they provisioned it by this morning. I just plugged it in and nothing happened -- called in to tier 3 and they said they could not even recognize anything on this end. What could be the problem?

first off, what area are you in? secondly, it takes about 20 minutes for it to lock on if your area is D3 ready.

Thanks for the reply -- and yes! It's working now. Whereas I was getting 1.5mbps with my old modem, now I'm getting 35+. Woohoo :)

Can you acces diagnostics page?

If your modem keeps like on resseting after online that means your node wont support this, that happened for me for ocuple days when they were upgrading my area look in the nyc slow thread speed.
