Want to Complain about Tech
Hi All,
I had to have an additional box set up. At the time I made the appt., I asked for a different tech to come out. I get the same damn tech! I really enjoy listening to the tech as he works on his f'in' cell phone!

I imagine that he was talking on his cell phone (personal business?) while he was working. I know my install tech was on his phone with AT&T because they wouldn't send a I/R Tech out, and then when they did, we couldn't connect.
If you're expecting something to be done, you haven't provided any details...

Let me count the ways....
He never introduced himself. I freaking recognized him the last time.
Does not have his own tools and is asking me for tools.
Never showed me how to operate the TV and the box... Luckily I am savvy enough to have figured it out on my own.
Had a freaking review while he was on the job here last time!!!!
Left no channel guide for the TV.
Need I say more?

GESH I am pissed... Just walked down into my room and found that ceiling tiles were not replaced properly by the tech and did not bother to clean up after himself. Is there a number I can call to complain about this guy? He is NEVER stepping foot in our home again.

Please send your account information to uversecare@att.com I'd like to get your issue resolved immediately. I will say that we have no TV Guide for U-verse, but if you know the tech's name and ID, e-mail it to me, and I'll forward it over to the appropriate group and make sure it's taken care of.
