[iO] Does everyone with iO get NBA TV and NBA TV HD?

Ch 430 and 789.

I thought it was being rolled out slowly, but my cousin who lives in Franklin Square, LI said he gets those channels, and he only has iO, like I do.

Should I call if those channels are still coming up 'Not Available'?

Try rebooting your box. If that doesn't do the trick, call.

NBA TV is now part of the IO package? That's great for people who just have the IO package and would like to have NBA TV.

as mws192 said, reboot your box. Up until I rebooted my box today, it was still unavailable. 789 works now that I rebooted.

NBA TV today alone was on and off several times...the guy on the phone said it was only available for Gold or Sports Pak customers, but it is supposed to be on for all IO subscribers and above (I have Silver)...I guess it's technical glitches as they roll them out? Rebooting didn't help....just curious what the deal is...

The guy on the phone is wrong. You should have it. It's been on a couple of weeks. Call back and ask for someone else.

I get NBA TV during the day, but for some reason during the evening it switches back to 'not available'..been emailing customer support, but they are clueless (I send them my account info, they write back asking for it again)...is it a technical issue on their end? I have IO silver so I should get the channel 24 hours a day...
