[Speed Problem] throughput drop
Hello,
I have the extreme 3.0 service. About 8 months ago my speed was about 2700 down, Then, about 4 months ago it changed to 2000. This morning it was about 760.
Can I call AT&T even if I don't use one of their modems? I used to use the Westell but changed to a Zoom, bridge modem with my iMAC and router.

Certainly you can call.
However, be prepared to be told that the problem is your Zoom modem.
If you still have the Westell modem (and it is still operational), you can put it in bridge mode and temporarily use it to prove (at least to yourself) that the problem is not with the Zoom modem.
