DVR Command Lag

Sometimes it takes 15 to 30 seconds for my 8300HD to respond to commands from the remote. If I keep hitting the buttons the commands will queue up and then execute 30 seconds later. Anybody else getting this?

I have complained about this for a month. Ever since they did the system update for the C key, the boxes have been screwed up. Both my 8300 and 4250 have the same problem. They have gotten slow when accepting commands, and at times store the commands for a time, and then start executing them all at once.
