I just noticed that my 6MB/356KB plan has been changed to a 6MB/768KB plan when doing some speed tests. Is this supposed to be permanent? Possibly an attempt to compete with the FiOS that is being planned (fiber optic trucks are laying it down on my front lawn as I speak!)?
