I'm also getting just about 18Mbs-17Mbs when I test. So are we going to get auto upgraded for free? Same price?

If it's PowerBoost, it's just an implementation with no price increase.

If you are asking about 16/1, you will upgraded for free if you presently have the 8000/768 tier.

Yes I was talking about the 16/1 speed. So do I have to call to get switched? Or will it happen automatically?

Any idea when there will be official word that it's rolling out for my Zip? So that I won't get obsessed over it, rebooting everyday.

I am on the 8000/768 tier and am still waiting for the 16/1 speed here in Northeast Philly.
