I just got off the phone with a Roadrunner "level 3" tech, and told him that my download speed had dropped drastically...guess what??? As of yesterday, June 6th, Roadrunner has begun "packet shaping"...in other words, if you are downloading from newsgroups, or using a download manager to maximise your network speed (WHICH YOU PAID FOR!!!!!!) they are limiting your speed...

This makes me BOILING MAD!!!! I will immediately begin looking for another ISP that allows me to use the bandwidth I paid for...
